Hi Ashley,
Looks like it got improved, but not all the way.
Also what number would you use for the max transp. levels? I rendered with 300 now.
The grass remains the same, some regions are rendered fine, other are not properly filled.
I'll be sending the file to the support so they can have a look at it.
Thanks for following up.

Hi Ashley,
too bad :s
anyway, I managed to get it to a minimum, all the white ghosted artefacts I was able to remove.
Some were caused by double duplicated geometry that was positioned at the same place so overlapping geom.
Other than that, I've managed to reduce it, and pobably speeding it up by rendering only the sliced level (there were 12 app. over 4 levels)
I had each level (slicer) in a seperate group which I controlled with scene states (as well as the layer visibility on render time per layer/app.)
Then put everything in batch render and that was it...
The problems that remained, were the forest grass, and also some vray proxy plants... possibly due to some transparancy issues?
I've attached some of the app. the grass zones were fixed in post...4 PhotosPieter
