VFB fully accessible with maxscript

Exposure still cant be set on update 1.2 using the command:
vfbControl #setexposure 1

In the new VFB there could be multiple exposure layers at different places in tree - so it won't be possible to set it with that command. You would need to use the layer manager script access and modify individual layers.

How about the ability to thanks or disable the follow mouse feature for bucket rendering? (We would really like this to default to NOT follow the mouse when net rendering. )

This is in, along with a few other such functionalities (Region render, test resolution, and so on).
The docs and QA teams also rationalised the page, and it should now be eminently more readable (particularly making use of the nav menu on the right side).
