Please change default naming for Vray Renderelements - number has to be at the end !!

Hello,
every day I have to rename rendered sequences in order to be able to load them into software.
It takes up so much of my time and is so annoying....

"myfile_0001.origRGB.exr" is not readable as a sequence from any software
- even not from your own new Chaos Player!

(or other example "myfile_0001.VRayDenoiser.exr" )

So I have to rename everything with special software, in order that the sequences can be properly loaded into a player or aftereffects or anywhere else.

CORRECT IS THE NUMBER AT THE END

"myfilename.renderelement-name.0001.exr"

Everything else doesn't work.

Hi how do you save your output? On my setup naming is just as you said -

"myfilename.renderelement-name.0001.exr"

What versions of V-Ray and 3ds max are you using.

The raw file output indeed names them as Vladimir mentioned, but the REs are all in the same image.
Same naming goes for the split save channel.

I am using the „expand # to frame number“ option and I always add a # at the end of name.
Maybe I shouldn’t use this?

If you just type the filename, from UI defaults, it will result in

basename.renderelement.framenumber.extension
