  • Ignore DR settings when netrendering

When you submit a netrender, Vray should just ignore whether DR is checked on or not since it doesn't work when netrendering.

Theoretically, this is just like Vray turning off the Max displacement setting when Vray Displacement is in place. That is to say, don't disable the DR controls and settings if netrender is checked. Let the user still play with things, but if the job is being netrendered, assume the state that DR is unchecked/turned off.

Also, if you have the framestamp turned on, it gets written onto every stripe when using renderstripes!

This may be something that is impossible to control from Vray though since it works like any other netrendered jobs.
