  • Exclude camera motion from motion blur

Is this possible? Or something posted before, but I was too dumb to find it, and just give it a bump? Or even better, is this already implemented, or can be achieved somehow?

I'm rendering a sequence of stills atm, moving people, moving cars, moving everything with a quite strong motion blur (1/2 shutter) , and it would be splendid if I could just exclude the camera motion from the blur to keep the workflow as simple as possible.

    Best regards,
    A.

Get to the frame you want the still from, duplicate the camera, and delete all the keyframes. If it's only quick stills and youve already marked those frame numbers you can just delete the camera again after to kep the scene tidy. It is an extra step, but it's pretty minor.

Yup, this is what I'm doing when it comes to this, and this is what I would like to avoid with a feature like this. Sounds simple but it's hard to manage if you've got 30+ frames and in the middle of a project, where clients tend to change cameras, angles, lightning etc...
Submission of all cameras with corresponding frames is already managed by a crappy script of mine, but the situation can get really ugly.
