  • SSS2 store method.

    Hi,

    My wish is that SSS2 data would be stored with irradiance map or there would be an global option to save all the SSS2 data in one place and load it when rendering final frame.

    At the moment when I render animation and store irradiance first... and than render the final image loading IR and interpolating 5 closest frames it calculates SSS2 twice.

    Hi,
    +1 for me.
    It will be great if we can store the SSS of the material, but not in the irradiance because we will loose the SSS render Element. Something to save the "data" of the SSS by material.

      There is actually a way to save it right know in shader settings, but it gets complicated with many different SSS2 materials.
