  • Multiple Render Regions

    Hey guys,
I'm wondering if it's possible to define multiple render regions. Many many times I've had several small sections of an image that need to be re-rendered. I have to baby-sit the whole process and render them 1 by 1. It'd be great if you could define any number of regions and just press the render button once.

And as an aside, doubting this is possible, but defining NON-rectilinear regions would be killer!

beside that, is it possible region in not rectangle shape?like let us pick 4 point(select like photoshop polygonal lasso tool), then region render inside that 4 point area.

Not exactly that you want, but this could be makeshift.

Hey, that's pretty cool... A decent workaround in the meantime.

I use Sphere Fades for this all the time. Will those not work for you? They comp in perfectly.

Thanks for bringing this up Colin. I have done this a time or 2. Sometimes it works well, but not always. It can get a little "messy". A decent option, nonetheless.

I like spherefades just because they're basically animated render regions that don't force me to keyframe the regions.
