Before 3.5 will be out, will this feature be implemented?
It's really frustrating when someone doesn't remember to uncheck VFB and you lose all elements

+1 -- would love to see Render Elements saved into named folders (based on name of element). Would make life with After Effects much easier when using non-sequential frames.

            +1 for this!
For now if you use after effects you absolutely need the immigration script.

If only windows explorer and max would support stacking sequential frames in the browser like Houdini, Nuke and even the free open source Natron do.
