  • Camera speherical as a properties of the camera please

It would be really cool if the Vray camera properties were linked to a camera. Let`s say you have 2 cameras in the scene and 1 is a cam with std aperture settings, etc., and the other is a fisheye 360deg for a panorama. What I want is to switch from 1 cam to another wéo having to remember to turn Vray cam settings in the render panel on and off. I want to switch to my fisheye and it renders fisheye, then switch to my other cam and it doesn`t render fisheye. Thanks.

Perhaps I'm missing the point, but why not just create two VRay Cameras?

He is talking about Camera Type option from Vray::Camera Rollout in Render Setup.
No mater how many or what camera you have in the scene - they all are rendered with what is specified in Camera Type option.
I'll add your request into our feature-list.

I always assumed that was a legacy feature, from before the VRayphysicalcam was introduced!

Does it essentially act as a set of overrides for the VRayphysicalcam?

It overrides not only VrayPhysicalCam but 3DSMax StandardCam as well.
