  • VRayDirt strength multiplier

As far as I know the the way to make a VRayDirt map stronger is to duplicate it and plug it into the original map's 'Unoccluded' node. If there were just a simple 'strength' multiplier it seems like this could really simplify textures...

    Just a thought! Thanks!

Nest it into an output map, use the curves of that to darken it - not as easy as your suggestion but it's working now.

Oh ok, great idea! Ultimately a multiplier would be nice but I'll give that a shot...saves having a million little maps, especially with Slate.

There is an even simpler workaround, plug a vraycolor; put the color you want; increase the "RGB multiplier".
