Hi,
We are trying to adopt the Vray HDRI as main bitmap loader across our projects.
The converter is great but me encounter a major issue.
When we have one max bitmap that is plugged into CC nodes and in different maps in the Vraymtl, it's all driven by one map, but with the converter, it dupes each of the source map into a different Vray HDRI map.
This is a big issue as soon as we want to apply a change to the tiling etc as we need to apply it across the 4-5 maps in stead of one.
We basically loose the power of instancing the map.
Would it be possible for the converter to check if the map is instances somewhere else, to keep the instance?
Thanks
