limit VRSRVLOPG.txt size

i think it would be helpful to be able to limit the size of the VRSRVLOG.TXT - file. it can get rather larger and since you only use it for debugging purposes you ´re interested only in the latest loggings anyway.

it should be turned OFF by default! Im tired of it.
