Show statistics moved

I would love to see the frame buffer statistics moved outside the actual render window. I find it hard to read and distracting to the render. Would it be possible to position it below the icons at the top left? Maybe in a white color?

and while your at it some larger icons wouldn`t go amiss. i wear glasses and those fiddly little things I need a binoculars.
