As I am also LuxCoreRender developer for Blender we have implemented this feature into LuxCoreRender which is useful thing for Cycles basic node shaders. It really useful via basic shaders only like Principled BSDF with Gamma, HSV, Bump, Normal map linked (PBR shaders moreover). So the idea is implementing this kind of feature into V-Ray too. What do you think?
