@JuhaW: Where did you find the Triplanar node in your screenshot? I updated the exporter, but I still can't find it. Thank you so much for the help.

I found it. It's in Textures. But this is what's happening. And why would someone use the Triplanar node and not the Triplanar settings on the Image Texture node?

Oh snap. So, I didn't know VRay 3.3 Standalone was released today. Thank you for your signature, JuhaW. It works now.

Hey, bdancer, is there a way to make the Triplanar node work with Glossiness input on GPU? It works CPU, since it's good in the material editor window, but not on the mesh.

I've tried all combinations of using Float nodes, but no go.

And is there a way to make the texture projection in the Image Texture node to work with GPU? Or do I not know how to do it? Thank you very much.

I'm afraid not - it's not implemented for the moment. That's why we suggested to use the triplanar texture instead.

                  Best regards,

Hey, thanks Vlado. Ok, so how would I use triplanar mapping with Glossiness input on GPU? Is the setup I showed in the last image not it? I really appreciate the help.

I'll ask Andrey to check tomorrow; not sure what's going on right away.

I just exited Blender and this came up. I don't know if it tells you anything or not, but I thought I would put it up.

Try using "Output" texture as the converter (it has "Out Intensity" output).

Thank you, bdancer. Can do. Just to be clear, would it go between the Image Texture node and the Triplanar, or between the Triplanar and the VRayMtl BRDF?

Sorry. Between the Triplanar and VRayMtl BRDF. By the way, is there somewhere I can read about the Output node? There's nothing in the documentation about it.
