              looks like it works with different IES files but no control over power/intensity though.

                Power is in lumens and ordinary home light bulb is around 500-1000 lumens.

                  i have tried 0 value and it is same as 10000

                    0 is the default power from the IES profile is used, says tooltip. Its very easy to test if power value is working, put power 1000 and again 1000 000.
                    Left IES-light power is 1000, right IES-light power is 500 000.

                          Thank you all for support - the issue was that auto expousure was enabled, started it used recently and forgot about it.
