This problem is pretty simple (to describe at least): VRayEdgeProceduralTexture applied to N-gons unnecessarily results in outlining so called 'hidden egdes'.
As far as I am concerned it shall apply to edge-components only. Am I right?
Again, I don't know if it's issue within VRay or a VrayBlenderBuild exporter.
'Show hidden edges' - of course unchecked. Screenshots beneath.
