$asha, if you need just specular (without actual reflection):
- Reflection color > 0.0
- Reflection glossiness < 1.0
- Options -> Trace reflections=off

Can you please give me file with this options, i think if you turn off reflection, gloss doesn't will be?

vb25 material tests

Brektzars suggestion is the best way to do it that I can think of. Blender cant export material files in any way that I know of. Other programs are just out of luck.
