Hello alfonso_pennacchio Thank you for reaching out to us! There are a lot of factors that affect the Caustics, not only settings but also environment, light and its strength and angle.

Could you please elaborate on what exactly you are trying to achieve? An image reference with the desired outcome would help a lot.

Also, please let us know of the exact Cinema 4D and V-Ray you are using.

I am assuming that you want clearer, more bright caustics, is that correct?

Could you please share the scene with me so I can investigate further. Please, Save the project with Assets from the File menu and send us the folder: https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1rJBJ...6PrOw2Myb39DTn
You can share the file here or though our System: Submit a request

Meanwhile, you can take a look at our documentation to learn more about the feature: https://docs.chaos.com/display/VC4D/Caustics

            Hi,

you had the scene values all wrong. I recommend looking at the guide they gave you. In any case, always use default values and gradually adjust.

the sun was oriented in a way that did not allow the right cut of light. if you deactivate the caustics you will immediately notice that they were generated due to the exaggerated bounce (Photon radius 25000) start with the default value of 50 and then increase the right one - even the subdivisions bring the default values
