  • Transparency problem

I have a problem with the transparency render in glass.
    In 3.7 it worked fine.
After saving the render to png, the glass should be partially transparent. Meanwhile, the alpha channel cannot see the glass and the glass in the render is black instead of transparent when there is no background.
Scene is lit by dome light with HDR, and is set to invisible, that's how I did it in 3.7 and it worked.
How should this be done in vray 5, or is that a bug?

      No problem.
Link to scene with no textures, except hdr. The glass material and the problem are the same.

        Hi Makushimu ,

just make sure to choose a different mode for your alpha channel on that particular glass.
You can find all about it on the updated docs page here
        Hope it helps

          Thank you.
I did not think that this option needs to be turned on additionally. This should be the default setting.
