          Hello alex_obrist

Can you please provide me with the scene file along with all associated assets so we can also investigate the issue?

If you prefer to not upload the scene publicly on the forum, you can open a ticket via our contact form and mention this forum thread.

            Hello alex_obrist

The issue with the light bleed was due to the Irradiance map. There are a few ways you can resolve the issue.

So far the easiest way is to enable to detail enhancement of the irradiance map under Global Illumination > Irradiance map> Detail Enhancement.

Another way to solve the issue is to switch the primary Global Illumination engine to Brute Force. That will generate the most accurate lighting result, as V-Ray will trace the primary lighting rays. However, this will increase the render time and I found it to produce a noisier image overall.

You can deal with the noise by increasing the bucket sampler max subdivision and lowering the threshold value, which can additionally increase the render time. A simpler solution would be increasing the radius value of the Antialiasing Filter. That will help with the noise but can blur your image a bit. I found out that a value of 2 works well.

You can find more information about the GI engines on the following articles: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...tion+Reference
