Dear team,
I am currently modelling and rendering the design of a building, and there are some organic shaped plates backlit to each other.
With VRAY version 3.7 I could give lighting on the mesh, and it gave a realistic lighting effect, but in this version it has not been implemented yet as far as I know.
I have tried lighting with luminous material, but the effect is not noticeable even if I increase the corresponding value. It only gives a glow effect on the applied mesh (led strip with organic shape), but nothing else.
Is there any way to realise this lighting effect in VRAY 5 C4D, or is it not possible?
This issue has been worrying my team a lot because we usually work a lot of organic shapes in our designs, and since the release of this version this tool has not been implemented yet, which since the previous version was our best friend, and we are being forced to make these effects in Photoshop, not being this the best way to do it, being able to do it natively in C4D.
I attach moodboard images of the effects I am referring to.
Thank you very much.
