  • When adding a vray camera label to the camera, the vfb window ctrl+mouse wheel cannot zoom the image

Without adding a vray camera label, using ctrl+mouse wheel can zoom in and out the image normally. Another issue is that shift+ctrl+left mouse button cannot zoom in the image when rendering is started. This feature can be used normally in 3dmax, is this a bug?

    Hello 123456_

Please be aware that the zoom in Interactive can be done with Shift + Middle Mouse Spin.
You can Rotate with Shift + Left Mouse Button and Pan with Ctrl + Left Mouse Button.
Additionally, you can select Object, Material or Focus point with Shift + Right Mouse Button.

      Hello 123456_

I tested what you reported and was not able to reproduce it. Please, find the video useful: http://ftp.chaosgroup.com/support/sc...7_09-21-31.mp4

Is it possible you have changed any of your shortcuts?

Please, provide your Cinema version, a screenshot of your V-Ray > Help > About menu as well as your set up.

I recorded another video and it's really strange that as long as you add labels, you can't zoom in or out

I recorded a video of another issue, and you can see that when I pause rendering, I can use Shift+Ctrl+left mouse button to zoom in on the image. However, when I start rendering, I cannot use Shift+Ctrl+left mouse button to zoom in on the image
