    Hi 123456_​, I have tried to reproduce the issue you described but was unable to replicate it (example). Could you please let me know the versions of Cinema 4D and V-Ray you are using?

        Hi 123456_​, this issue will be fixed in the next major version of V-Ray. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

        In the meantime, you can try this workaround by adding a texture file as shown here.
