V-Ray renders whatever resolution Hydra gives it.
This is not reproducing for me all the time and restart delegate seems to fix it every time so I could consider it Solaris issue and I'll check with SideFX if we could do smth about this on our side and they should fix this somehow.

for me it is reproduced everytime but i realised there is some settings that isnt getting picked up by vray

*aspect ratio conform policy*, if i change this to crop aperture i get the same results. To be honest im not sure exactl what this means

also data crop window and aspect ratio arent supported, but maybe we are supposed to set those on the vray tab?

I've also no idea what does this setting do and how it is exposed as Hydra property.
Could it be that togging this setting just updates the resolution to the correct one in Hydra?

DmitriiP, no, it's not, the topic is about Solaris and V-Ray USD Hydra Delegate.

vray "ignore" (aspect ratio) of clipping area of viewport if cam enabled and height of cam higher then clipping area both in region render & solaris.

if i reversed the resolution so its 2000 pixels in height and 200 in width it breaks with crop and works with expand. just wanted to tell you

about data window for settings overscan and aspect ratio are with setting them on rendersetting also the standard tab or somewhere else?

everything lower by HEIGHT then 1920x1021.28 will render as expected
