  • TexBerconGrad vs TexGradRamp

    Hi!

While I was trying to replicate a uv pass using TexGradRamp I've seen that this texture doesn't outputs a linear gradient and in comp it was a mess. Then I found that TexBerconGrad does that perfectly well and the linear gradient output works just fine in comp using it as a stmap.
Is this an expected behaviour in the TexGradRamp?

Can't reproduce it on my side. By default V-Ray Gradient Ramp produces linear gradient. May be some of your gradient points has non-linear interpolation type. If not, than a hip file will be appreciated.

No, my gradient points are all linear.
