  • (Fixed) [HOU-3220] Crowd Randomize Clip Time Issue

    Hi, I have trouble with houdini crowd clip time. I use Houdini 19.0.561 and vray 5.20.02.
    I made simple crowd scene using crowd source.
    I only set randomize agent primivites and randomize clip time. I set randomize agnet primivies 5 agents using simple FBX for test(mocapbiped and mix amo)
    If I set randomize clip time on and random clip offset 3 or so( more than 0) , render result is fine(See firset attahment pic),
    but if I set random clip time on and random clip offset 0 , render result is strange(see sedond attachment pic). at this case,
    randomize agent primitives is not effective.
    Is this vray bug? and Can you fix? THanks

    Hey kazuyori_kosaka ,

    A couple of things that would help us resolve the issue for you:
    1. Under the top menu bar -> V-Ray -> About V-Ray -> Copy to Clipboard button -- could you please paste the information here so we know the V-Ray version and exact build that you are using?
    2. If possible - the scene file + the FBX file - you could also send it through the support system instead of uploading it here for everyone else.

    I'll also check on my end - we have test scenes with agents that haven't shown issues but it's possible a specific combination of paramters causes trouble.

        Hi Gosho

        I cleaned up scene, and upload here.
        Using FBX file is mixamo"s file .I wrote character and animation at sticky note of hip file, you use same one from mixamo.
        I use checker texture from download one, so you use appropriate checker texture .
