Experimental VFB settings in Solaris

Hi,

I noticed there is a section on the render lop "vray>output>experimental" that seems to suggest we can render to the VFB in Solaris. Is this something that is functional by default, or do I need to set anything extra to get it to work? When I click "Show VFB" nothing happens, with no errors or output in the console. Just curious, as using the VFB to view and inspect local renders would be amazing.

Have you tried starting viewport rendering? It should pop-up; check for messages in Houdini console for errors.

It will only work if viewport rendering is already started.
