    Finally I've done it!!! One of Evermotion ArchInteriors was converted from Max to Maya in "one click"...

      There is some difference in pictures... VRayMtlWrapper, VRayLightMtl and some other things are not converting correctly for now...
      BTW...

        VRayMtlWrapper is not exporting correctly to .vrscene...

        There are only this strings:
        // Material: glass:VRayMtlWrapper
        BRDFDiffuse brdf34_diffuse {
        color=Color(0.5, 0.5, 0.5);
        transparency=Color(0.0, 0.0, 0.0);
        }


        // Material: glass:VRayMtlWrapper
        MtlSingleBRDF material40 {
        double_sided=1;
        brdf=brdf34_diffuse;
        }

        But in 3ds Max it look like this:

          VRayLightMtl is exporting correctly to .vrscene. But it is importing incorrectly to Maya via "Import V-Ray material from file" menu item...
