Hello,
I have version 7.0v21 Shave installed with the nightly build of Vray 2.25.01 and I can’t get render layers to work. Has anyone else had success with this?
I’m following these step:
Create two objects, call them ‘one’ and ‘two’. Apply basic Shave and Haircut hair to each.
Select ‘one’ plus the assigned shaveHair node and it’s shavedisplay and choose Create Layer from Selected under the render tab
Now select ‘two’ plus the assigned shaveHair node and it’s shavedisplay and choose Create Layer from Selected under the render tab
Select the first shaveHair node and turn OFF Override Geom Shader. Repeat for the second shaveHair node.
In the shave globals can you make sure Hair primitives is set.
Select the first layer and render in Vray. Both hair group are visible. It works when rendered in MR.?
Cheers
Richard
