I'm trying to balance out a lamp in a scene so that it is visible through a 2sided material and still illuminates the room. The issue I am having is that when the light is bright enough to illuminate the room, the lamp shade is veeeery bright. I understand this is a matter of adjusting the exposure with tone mapping but was unclear on what the best way to do this would be. If some one could give some pointers, that would be great.
I have tried playing around with the color mapping (adjusting the dark and bright multipliers) but could not see any changes. So I'm a bit at a loss.
