    Hi,

    I am exporting a realflow .bin sequence into a .vrmesh sequence within maya to be able to render a velocity pass. works fine!
    Now I would like to use the velocity info in the .vrmesh also to drive a blendMaterial`s blend amount. Would this be possible?

    It looks like it's not possible for the moment. We could add a V-Ray specific output to the samplerInfo node that would return the velocity of the current shaded point in world space - would that be enough?

      Hey Vlado,

      thanks for your super fast reply ... I will first look into the attributeTransfer node from soup and see if it's possible to transfer the shading info from the mray/realflow textured renderkit mesh to a .vrmesh/vray shaded mesh.
      This way I could probably also get temp, vorticity and so on.
