Oh dear, I feel stupid! Newer thought to scroll down formats to find it. Now it works as expected, thank you guys!
Maybe exr(deep) could be next to "normal" exr down in the list.

Also this feature could be included in Vray frame buffer image output formats?

Unfortunately it is not possible for now, V-ray writes the deep data during the render time and it is not stored to the VFB.
