the new Version has one new functionality - for me a big minus step.
When I render an image and save it inside VFB...
...and start as example a new rendering with other parms...
...the version before holds the image in the view and renders with new buckeds "over" it!
(so I can see after a few buckets, if the new settings are better or not, while rendering)

The new version clears the view to black and starts rendering - for me a big step backwards!
AND...the new versions starts the renderprozess everytime at the same position on my screen and with 100% scaling!
In past, I could move the VFB to a special place on my screen and it believe there!
And the new automatic scaling isn´t nice for me too, because I often use 200 or 300% to focus on one material and the new result.

hmmm, hope I can´t find the button, to switch off the new stuff!?

    Hello,
there is an option "Clear Frame Buffers" in the Common tab under Render View. If it's on then the frame buffer is cleared on every new started render, if not the old render stays in the buffer and the new one is rendered on top of it. The option is not new and it's default state should be "off" on any new scene. Please try it and let us know if you still have the issue.

That's weird, we haven't changed anything in the VFB lately.
Are you sure you are looking at the RGB? If you are looking at the denoised render element, it will be black until the image is ready and denoised.

hmmm...I made some tests, with older versions too...
And now, the one problem don´t comes back...no black, no centerposition flip, no zoom reset...will hold it in focus an come back if it happens again...
          Thanks
