  • SamplerInfo random by poly shell not working

    Ive set up a sampleinfo node with extra vray attributes to connect the random by polyshell to a color correct node...random by scene name works if all the geo are separated, but im wanting a single mesh with separate uvshells...isnt this what polyshell is for? It doesnt seem to do anything...(See image) Pretty sure this issue was logged a long long time ago in a galaxy etc....

    Random by Polyshell works for multiple objects combined into one (i.e. detaching all polygons to separate elements in your scene). What you wish for is a Random by UVShell option, which we already discussed here.

      Ah yeah, of course, its because the random by polyshell still isnt implement in gpu that confused me thx though..i will post back on the original thread.
