  • Maya Granite and Leather texture desnity attributes not mappable?

    Hi,
I am trying to use the granite/leather 3d texture nodes for shading in vray. If I plug another texture (marble for example) into the density attribute I would expect to be able to affect the density of the granite/leather across the surface of an object. However vray doesn't seem to interpret the input texture at all. Is this expected behavior? Is there any way I can fix/work around this? I really need this flexibility with material creation for a current project.
    Thanks

We are looking into it now, so I'm hoping a few days at most (maybe we'll finish it tomorrow).

          Hi,
This issues should be fixed in the next night build (rev>=22260).
I've made all attributes mappable, so you can experiment with them.
Please test and report back if there are any problems left.
