Alpha VRayMtl Blend problem with domelight

This is because the Color+Alpha is also set for the Reflection Layer.
The Reflection Layer always overrides Refraction one - in this case the glass objects reflects the floor/ceiling objects and that's why the alpha channel gets white.
Here what happens if Affect Channel is set to Color Only for Reflection Layer:

Btw, if you are only using the V-Ray sky, it might better to not use a dome light at all, just use it as GI environment map.Maya 2020/2022
