    Prepass ID --> Allows several VRayFastSSS2 materials to share the same illumination map.

    is it possible to get this working also with raytraced ss...?
    or is this a limitation and wont work at all with raytrace.?

    id liket to use that in combo with the alsurface shader...

    It does work with raytraced SSS already since a few builds now.

      hmm the ID is grayed out for raytraced... where do i set the IDs.?

        In the V-Ray object properties. Objects with the same Raytraced SSS ID will share the same SSS sampling.
