  • Please enable extra MARGIN for image size to be fully visible for After Effects (render settings > overrides > camera...)

Hello, referring to those threads here and in the Adobe forum, too
    https://forums.chaosgroup.com/forum/...es#post1103407

it is not possible to utilize the rendered margin in After Effects.

The EXR images open with full margin visible in Photoshop and it can be utilized in Nuke, too, but in order to use it in After Effects, it would need to be rendered out as a real full-size image.

It would be great to give that option or to enable it by default.
I mean, someone who consciously enables extra margin will have good reasons to want it being visible and so there is no reason to hide it outside the basic image borders, so that After Effects can't use it.

    Thanks

Does it help if you set the data window to "Auto" in Render Settings > Common tab > Image format options > EXR options ?

No difference if "region", "whole image" or "auto" is choosen.
