Bugs since update: No families show up in render, Axometric views loose zoom.

Hi,

First problem:
When we render no families show up. All families our for some reason are deleted.
It was working fine before we bought our license. Since we updated, no renders have worked.

Also:
When rendering an axo view it keeps zooming out to the full model. It does not take the crop we have set.

Anybody know how to solve these issues?

Hi again dus_architects,

Regarding the crop region - it will be fixed in the next update.
As for the disappearing families, please follow the instructions from my last e-mail to Perrine and update us with the result:
It is possible that V-Ray cannot find the textures assigned to this families materials, i.e. check the family materials.
I suggest you to turn on the V-Ray global material overrides (this will override all project materials with just one global material) and check if those families still disappear. If they appear, this will mean that the problem is in the family materials. If they still don't appear, the problem will be in the family itself.
