By default, selected lights do not work properly with Envitoment Fog.

Disabling The Adaptive Lights works, that is, a bug in Adaptive Lights.

Plase check and fix.

Confirm with V-Ray for Rhino, version 4.10.02 ( Nov 6 2019 )

Thank you for reporting this bug! It is logged in our internal tracking system, however, we have no fix available to offer yet.
For the time being, as a workaround you've already found out, please disable adaptive lights.
