  • Slider range issue

    Hi,

I wonder why the basic color slider is so difficult to adjust in the dark range and now I have seen that the color chooser slider works in a much better range. I suppose so the color chooser slider is using the set sRGB and the basic slider is still using the linear range. Could be great if both could work in sRGB mode.

    Best regards,
    Micha

    Hello, Micha,

By default, the color box and slider UI elements operate in Rendering (RGB) color space.
The V-Ray Color picker by default operates in Screen (sRGB) color space.

You can change the sliders' color space in the 'Configuration' section of the Settings right-side panel.

Ah, I understand. If I local switch to sRGB than the default slider one level above stick at RGB and I get two different sliders. Thank you for point me in the right direction.
