Cosmos Browser not importing models or materials

    Dear SHoutzager​, hello.

    To be sure that the processes are running you could open Task Manager > Processes > Background processes and search for Chaos Cosmos Browser Service processes. There should be two of them.

    A simple way to stop and restart them is described here.
    How to perform a clean reinstall is described in steps here.

    Have you noticed when the issue reoccurred?
    Was there any update or have you experienced any network problems?
