this is not a bug post, more a workflow issu. If I use billboard objects (for example a tree photo with transparency map at a plane) and copy and past it at the same place, than it very strong slow down the LC pass.
OK, this can be avoid, but some times it can be, the user make a mistake. I'm working on a large exterior scene the whole day, anything is fine, but suddenly the LC calculation slow down and I can not find the error.
I find a first aid solution - set the secondary ray bias at 0.001. It helps, but I think, it would be better to fix the problem.
Maybe somebody has an idea.
