dialogs lose focus and cannot regain control of the software

This works for me when I'm using the materials editor - the window still loses focus but I'm able to get it back every time by clicking on the windows task-bar at the bottom of my screen then clicking back to the materials editor.

But this doesn't work if I have a further dialogue box open, for instance - assigning a material to a layer or adding texture maps etc. If these windows lose focus I get completely locked out again and have to close rhino and re-open, losing any changes.

It seems to be only partially fixed in the build dated 18 sept. I'll download the latest one and see if there's still a problem.
