hello
the scene is 180mb... little heavy for a simple room, made my rhino crash had to open it in safe mode, and there was 13 bad objects in hidden meshes... brought down the file to 58mb but had no materials because of the safe mode opening...
please look into this if you can.
thanks
The Interior scene tutorial still crash when opening.
I downloaded the file 4 times and no changes.
The tutorial is well explained, so i understand i little about it, thx anyway
@L_ARSENAL, did you give rhino enough time to open it. With my old core2 laptop it takes 25 sec lo load, but it works. When I render it runs out of memory, so I remove a number of objects, then it renders. Thus i can still study the scene. Maybe I should use vray proxy?
Hi, yes i let Rhino do his job ^^ my computer is quite new and powerful, and can open files larger than 2Go (it takes times and the computer sweat a lot but it works ).
Hi Micha
We converted the Sketchup tutorial into a Rhino version and we forgot to removed that parts that do not apply to Rhino. There is no way to use the Rhino material editor.
@Corey: What's your definition of soon? You tempted us with an exterior tutorial but it disappeared after a few days from the rhino help index, now only available to Sketchup users. Make it available again pls! Thanks!
