    Hi i was checking the bright thing. I dont know how to fix this...i also did an example with a filleted cube:

      Your problem is the white reflection on the edge? I would say, it's a reflection of a reflection of the groundplane.

        Hi Micha, no, thats not the problem, the problem is that the bright isnt correct. The direction of the reflection isnt logical. i did a Zebra Analize...and i if you look the cube you can realize that the different faces have another type of bright...it looks like different elements.

            Here i posted the different brights...may be I'm wrong, but for me this is not logical. It looks like different surfaces.

              If you look the render, you can observe that the cube work with different directions...on the reflection...so i read the form...like..different elements...and not like a whole thing.

                Looks like a typical G1 fillet reflection - try to use blend instead round for a smoother transition from the spherical corner to the cylindrical edge to the plane sides.

                For a simple test set the reflection environment at white - you should see the same white at all surfaces.
