  • Problem: "Face vertex index out of range..."

    Hi all, I have a problem with rendering a scene where are some imported (3ds) meshes. Rhino crashes and the Vray process window says (last two rows): "Face vertex index out of range for mesh '(null)'..." and "Face texture vertex index out of range for mesh '(null)'..." Here is screenshot:
    If I remove the mesh objects than it's OK, working properly. Also distributed rendering does not cause the crash. Do you understand the message about face vertexes, what is wrong with mesh objects? Could it be something with mapping? - I appield sometimes cubic mapping.

    Sounds like its an issue with the mesh itself. You might want to run it through Rhino's Mesh Repair tools and see what comes up.
