Disable lights by layer

Hi,

Is it possible to turn off the lights by layer....when I have a scene I like to have various lighting scenarios on different layers.

Just uncheck 'Hidden lights' under Global Switches. Then build your lighting scenarios on different layers and use layer visibility to control.
