Material preview shows nothing

We here testing different solutions but vpn didn't had any impact, works perfectly with or without vpn connection.
So my guess is that the gpu driver was conflicting with something.

Hello!

I think I have similar problem.
I'm using SketchUp 2023 and Vray for SketchUp 6.10.20
When I open the Asset Editor, material preview is black. I see the actual material only if I open Chaos Cosmos Browser. When I render the actual material doesn't apear as well. Could you help?
